The bar area was just as good as the restaurant. We had booked in December 2011, so not last minute, and arrived excitedly on 6th May 2012 to find the place completely shut down! However beware if you travel with your children (or in my case teenager's) beloved teddies as my daughter left hers safe in the bed for it to be taken by the cleaning staff and 'lost' for 3 days of the holiday - as any parent of any age child will know, this can be extremely upsetting and ruin a holiday.
